Tony Quinn

Tony was born in Doncaster In 1980, he has always been passionate about art and nature, Tony can remember drawing from bird books when he was very young.
Tony went on to study Illustration at Doncaster College, and later Scientific and Natural History Illustration at Blackpool and Flyde College, earning a BA(hons) from Lancaster University.
As a wildlife artist Tony has been selected for ‘The National Exhibition Of Wildlife Art In 2010’, shortlisted and highly commended at ‘The David Shepherd Wildlife Artist Of The Year 2011,’ Tony was also selected as a runner-up In the ‘Endagered Species’ category of the ‘BBC Wildlife Artist Of The Year 2012’ for his painting ‘At Rest.’ The competition was the biggest ever with 1200 entries, with the best work including ‘At Rest’ which was published In the August edition of BBC Wildlife Magazine of that year.
