Paul was born and lives in South Yorkshire after building a career as a Hairdresser he took up painting in 2016 - a decision that has won him both awards and growing critical acclaim. The paintings in watercolour/mixed media or acrylics seek out the quiet unspoilt places of our past, present and our futures, often recognisable but not constrained by unwanted detail. Painting all the seasons capturing the mood, feel and most of all the light, with a refreshing distinctive contemporary style. His greatest pleasure is seeing his work take its place on the wall of a new home.
